Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026 · Applies to anvayya.in and the Anvayya app once launched

Draft, pending legal review. This is a professional-standard starting point, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed in India — especially the medical-disclaimer, membership and payment sections, which should be finalised once pricing, refund rules and your clinical protocols are locked in.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anvayya.in and, once launched, the Anvayya mobile app and membership service (together, the "Service"), operated by Anvayya Healthcare, A-302 Privilon, Bopal-Ambli Rd, Behind Iskcon, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Anvayya", "we", "us"). By joining our waitlist, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate and complete.

3. Description of the Service

Anvayya provides a personalised nutrition and metabolic wellness membership built around an at-home sample kit, a nutritionist-led plan, food and supplements matched to that plan, fitness guidance, and progress tracking. anvayya.in currently operates as a pre-launch waitlist; membership features described on this site (including the Transform membership) will be available once we launch in your city, and details such as pricing, billing cadence and refund terms will be confirmed at that time.

4. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully

Anvayya is a nutrition, fitness and wellness service. It is not a medical provider, and nothing we provide — including your gut and metabolic report, nutritionist plan, supplement formulation or fitness guidance — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new diet, supplement or exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have an existing medical condition, take prescription medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or were told through the Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including health and biological information used to build your plan, and for keeping any account credentials confidential. Inaccurate information may affect the quality and safety of the guidance we provide.

6. Membership, billing and cancellation

Full membership, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be published and agreed with you separately when the Transform membership launches. [This section to be completed with final pricing, billing cycle, auto-renewal and refund/cancellation terms before commercial launch.]

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false health information that could compromise your safety, attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Anvayya name, logo, branding, website and app content and design are owned by Anvayya Healthcare and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Your personalised plan and report are for your own personal use.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties — including our technical and diagnostics partner Neuberg Supratech (who carries out clinical testing and reporting on your samples), delivery couriers, payment processors and our hosting provider — to operate. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, though we take reasonable care in selecting our partners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvayya and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anvayya harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or cancel your membership once launched, in line with the cancellation terms in Section 6.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with an updated "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to registered members.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

15. Contact us
