Last updated: 3 September 2026 · Effective for anvayya.in and the Anvayya app once launched

Draft, pending legal review. This policy is written to a professional standard and covers the data Anvayya collects today (waitlist sign-ups) and the sensitive health data it will collect once the product launches. Have it reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Indian data protection law (DPDP Act 2023, IT Rules 2011) before relying on it commercially, and update the placeholders marked [ ].

1. Who we are

Anvayya ("Anvayya", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Anvayya Healthcare, A-302 Privilon, Bopal-Ambli Rd, Behind Iskcon, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through anvayya.in and, once launched, the Anvayya app and membership service, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

2. Information we collect

Today, through the waitlist: when you request early access we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number and city.

Once you join the Anvayya membership: we collect the information needed to build and deliver your plan, which may include health and biological data (results from your at-home gut and metabolic sample kit), dietary and fitness information, communications with your nutritionist and trainer, delivery and billing address, and payment information (processed by our payment partner — we do not store full card details). Biological and health information is "sensitive personal data" and we apply additional safeguards to it, described in Section 6.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit anvayya.in — such as browser type, device information and pages visited — via standard web server logs and the Google Fonts service used to display this site (see Section 8, Cookies).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to your early-access request and contact you when Anvayya opens in your city; create and personalise your health report, nutrition plan, fitness guidance and supplement formulation; coordinate sample kit delivery, meal delivery and billing; provide customer support; improve our services; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit the waitlist form or sign up for membership), to perform our contract with you once you become a member, and where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 7, though this may limit our ability to provide certain services to you.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed to run the service, including with:

  • Your assigned nutritionist, trainer and clinical team;
  • Neuberg Supratech, our accredited technical and diagnostics partner, who carries out clinical testing and processes your sample kit results;
  • Meal, supplement and courier/delivery partners fulfilling your plan;
  • Payment processors handling billing;
  • Service providers who host our infrastructure and forms (currently Netlify) and support tools we use to operate the business;
  • Regulators or authorities where required by law.

We require these partners to protect your data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share your health data with advertisers.

6. How we protect sensitive health data

Biological sample results and health information are treated as sensitive personal data. We restrict access to this data to the clinical and technical staff who need it to deliver your plan, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and require explicit consent before it is collected or shared with a third party for any purpose beyond delivering your plan.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent to future processing; and lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer or the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@anvayya.in or write to our Grievance Officer below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
