Anvayya

Our name, our reason

Anvayya means woven together.

In Sanskrit, anvayya means coherent, connected, woven together. It's the whole idea behind us: your health isn't a stack of separate things — it's one connected story, and it should be built on you.

Why we exist

Your health should be built on your biology — not a generic plan.

For too long, looking after your health has meant guessing. A diet that worked for someone else. An app that knows nothing about you. Advice that's the same for everyone. Meanwhile, the answers were always inside your own body — in your gut, in your metabolism — waiting to be read.

We started Anvayya to change that. To read your real biology, build everything around it, and walk with you while it works. So you stop guessing, and start understanding.

Science & people

Real science. Real people. Beside you.

The technology reads your biology with precision. But it's our clinical team that turns those numbers into a plan you can actually live — and stays with you as you follow it.

Grounded in science

Your plan starts from what your samples actually show about your gut and metabolism — measured, not assumed.

An in-house clinical lead

A qualified clinical nutritionist leads the care, reads your report personally, and shapes your plan around your biology.

A team that stays

Nutritionist, trainer and support — assigned to you, knowing your numbers, adjusting as you progress.

Our technical & laboratory partner

Clinical testing, backed by Neuberg Supratech.

Every gut and metabolic sample you send us is processed by Neuberg Supratech, our accredited technical and laboratory partner. They carry out all the clinical testing and reporting behind your results, so what your nutritionist reads — and what shows up in your report — is backed by accredited lab science, not guesswork.

The team behind Anvayya

Built on real biology. Lived by real athletes.

The people behind Anvayya don't just talk about metabolic health — they live it at the extreme end. Among our founders are two elite endurance athletes who've taken their own bodies to the edge of what's possible. That's the standard we build for you.

Between pharmaceutical roots, elite endurance performance and clinical nutrition science, that's not a tagline. It's lived.
